As General Manager, Yusri oversees procurement, personnel and resources to be in line with company’s culture, require performance, direction and diversification. Simultaneously, he also oversees the company’s full financial spectrum, maintaining robust relationships with local financial bodies, international strategic partners, government agencies, and key ministries to ensure sustained fiscal health and strategic alignment.
Norazman is a seasoned industry veteran with a distinguished career spanning technical leadership, complex project execution, and commercial strategy across global markets. His extensive experience encompasses key roles in the United States, Japan, and Malaysia, with a primary focus on the Oil & Gas sector—giving him a rare and powerful combination of deep engineering knowledge and sharp business acumen.

As Technical Advisor to Samudra, Sattawat provides strategic oversight on comprehensive project sizing and development implementation, FEED, system integration, and critical commissioning phases. Khairul Hyfni is a highly experienced Mechatronics and Instrumentation Engineer with over 15 years of expertise in delivering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning (EPCC) and maintenance projects across Southeast Asia. His extensive portfolio includes LPG tank requalification, Biodiesel facility upgrades, Batch controller installation and commissioning, Loading arms conversion and Aviation refuelling system refurbishment projects.
As Head of Engineering & Technical Services at Samudra, Khairul leads the end-to-end execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered safely and to the highest quality standards. In addition, he also oversees development of proposal submission as well as the technical services team, driving responsive after-sales support and engineering solutions that meet clients’ requirements.
Zamri is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, and quality management. Throughout his career, he has successfully led manufacturing and quality assurance teams to deliver projects on schedule while meeting the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
He has a proven track record of overseeing the manufacturing of equipment for the petroleum, mining, and aviation industries. Having worked extensively on project sites throughout Malaysia, Southeast Asia and ANZ. His adaptability, hands-on approach, and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams have been instrumental in achieving operational excellence and delivering reliable, high-quality solutions for clients.
Amri brings 15 years of hands-on experience in project management, project execution, sales, and business development to Samudra. With a mechanical engineering background specializing in firefighting systems, engines, pumps, and compressors, he possesses a rare ability to bridge deep technical knowledge with commercial strategy—enabling him to understand client needs at an engineering level while driving profitable growth.
In his current role, Amri works closely with the CEO to lead the business divisions in accelerating revenue growth, strengthening long-term client partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. His dual expertise in engineering and commercial development makes him a key driver of Samudra’s market expansion and client engagement efforts.
A commercially driven and technically accomplished sales leader with over a decade of experience in rotating equipment and industrial valves within the Oil & Gas and petrochemical sectors. Her career is distinguished by an exceptional ability to translate complex engineering requirements into commercially viable, client-centric solutions.
Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in supporting and collaborating with clients, distributors and EPC contractors—providing technical and commercial pitch and developing robust techno commercial proposals. Her ability to engage clients with credible, solution-oriented insights has been a consistent driver of commercial success.
Complementing her engineering and sales expertise is a background in investment finance, which has sharpened her commercial and strategic foresight, and ability to structure deals that balance technical excellence with financial viability. As Head of Sales, she leads Samudra’s commercial strategy, driving revenue growth and forging enduring client and channel partnerships across the region.
Anne is a Human Resource professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition- experienced in end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR policy implementation. She is often recognised for designing and implementing HR initiatives, including performance appraisal systems, competency-based job descriptions and training programmes. In addition to her experience in the HR, Anne also spent substantial years in her professional career as Project and Contract administrator, Procurement, and Project Management across the engineering, aviation, logistics, and service industries. In Samudra, Anne oversees Human Resource and at the same time, as regional manager she manages Samudra’s activities in the East Malaysia (Sarawak & Sabah)
Danny is a distinguished engineer with decades of experience in commercial automotive and special-purpose vehicle design. His career has been defined by the design and development of high-specification specialized vehicles—including petroleum tankers, aircraft refuelling bowsers, and tank-trailers—for demanding applications across Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East.
His technical mastery is grounded in rigorous design and structural calculation, with experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate performance, safety, and durability. He ensures that every design complies with a complex matrix of international standards including UN/ADR, Australian and New Zealand regulations and the stringent building standards of major petroleum companies.
In addition, he also spent few good years in sales within the same industry. This unique combination allows him to approach design that is balanced with client needs, cost-effectiveness, and practical application.
In his role at Samudra, he leads the Technical Design and R&D- driving innovation, ensuring compliance and delivering robust, fit-for-purpose solutions with safety, performance and reliability.
