Series TYB-Ex Explosion-proof Portable Fuel Oil Purifier

The TYB filter offers advanced, precision filtration and efficient dehydration for light oil, achieving top cleanliness without heating, and is available in explosion-proof models.
  • Explosion-proof design type.
  • Using coalescing separation technology to demulsificate, coalesce and separate the free water and the emulsified water.
  • It adopts special oil water separator without heating requirement, and its dewatering efficiency is above 20 times of other kinds of purifier.
  • As no heating is needed, energy consumption and operating cost is reduced.
  • This machine is light and small size.
  • Low operation cost, 20%-40% lower than vacuum oil purifier, centrifuge and plate frame pressure filter.

TYB-EX-40 Fuel Purification And Water Removal Device

The device uses Coalescing-Separation and Precision Filtration to purify high water content oils, breaking emulsifications and maintaining cleanliness with low energy consumption and operating costs.
  • It integrates the functions of precision filtration and high-efficiency dehydration, and adopts a multi-stage filtration and gradual encryption method to extend the service life of the filter element.
  • With high dehydration efficiency and strong dehydration ability, the device can break all the oil-water emulsification structure in the oil.
  • This series of equipment does not require heating when purifying oil. It uses small power and has low operating costs.
  • Equipped with ultra-high pressure automatic shutdown and filter pollution indication, long-term operation need not require personnel to guard.
  • It will not change the physical and chemical properties of the oil to extend the service life of the oil.
