Peter commenced his career in the steam engineering and control instrumentation in India, subsequently returning to Malaysia to engage with the downstream Oil & Gas manufacturing industry.

His visionary leadership, management and strong business acumen enhance operational profitability, while his innovation-led mindset promotes continuous business diversification and market expansion.

MOHD YUSRI ALIAS

General Manager/Finance

Yusri has worked across diverse industries including Electronics, Papermills, and Oil & Gas Downstream manufacturing and instrumentation services. In Samudra, he has been instrumental in spearheading, managing personnel and various resources to deliver end-to-end engineering solutions and projects.

He also oversees financial operations; managing local financial stakeholders and international strategic stakeholders, government agencies and Ministries.

NORAZMAN SHAH ABDULLAH

Advisor

Norazman Shah is a seasoned industry expert with a strong track record in technical leadership, project execution and commercial strategy across industry and global markets.

With career experience in the USA, Japan, and Malaysia, especially in the Oil & Gas industry, he brings a rare blend of technical and commercial insight.

As an advisor to Samudra, he contributes strategic guidance and expertise to support the company’s continuous growth and success.

SATTAWAT TANAKAN

Technical Advisor

Sattawat is a respected expert in the Oil & Gas downstream sector, with over 20 years of experience across Southeast Asia. A trained electronic engineer since 1997, he blends technical depth with a passion for education.

His career spans sales, design, project management, and field services, contributing to major projects in Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Malaysia.

As Samudra’s Technical Advisor, Satawat offers strategic guidance in comprehensive project implementation, system integration, and commissioning.

KHAIRUL HYFNI NOORDIN

Head of Engineering & Technical Services

Khairul Hyfni is a Mechatronics and Instrumentation Engineer with over 15 years of experience leading EPCC projects across Southeast Asia, including LPG tank requalification, biodiesel facility upgrades, and aviation refuelling system upgrades.

At Samudra, he oversees end-to-end project delivery and spearheads the project team to provide responsive after-sales support.

Known for his expertise, reliability, and results-driven approach, Khairul plays a key role in ensuring project excellence and client satisfaction.

MOHD ZAMRI HASSAN

Head of Operations

Zamri is a seasoned mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience leading manufacturing and QC teams to ensure project deliverables meet their deadlines with customer satisfaction.

Renowned for his ability to manage multiple complex projects through effective and strategic planning, Zamri has a strong track record in overseeing operations, QA/QC, particularly in a factory producing equipment for the petroleum, mining, and aviation industries.

His extensive on-site experience across Malaysia, Australia & the Pacific islands and Southeast Asia has honed his adaptability and ability to lead diverse teams in dynamic operational environments.

AMRI MOHD YASIN

Senior Manager – Sales & Business Development

Amri brings 15 years of experience in Project management & execution, Sales and Business Development.

With a mechanical engineering background focused on firefighting systems, engines, pumps, and compressors, he bridges technical expertise with commercial strategy.

At Samudra, Amri works closely with the CEO to manage the team to advance sales growth, strengthen client relationships and develop new businesses.

ADLINA KAMIL

Manager – Corporate Communication & Human Resources

Adlina leads Samudra’s corporate communicatons, brand strategy, and stakeholder engagement. As the company’s spokesperson, she ensures consistent messaging across government, media, partners, and clients.

With a diverse background in aviation, IT, HR consulting, and telecoms, she brings strong expertise in strategic communication and talent management.
