Quick connect / Disconnect coupler

The quick connect/disconnect coupler offers both manual and hydraulic operation for flexibility and includes safety locks and fail-safe mechanisms. It ensures precise, leak-free connections to tanker manifolds, meeting OCIMF standards with robust design.

Emergency Release System

The ball valves meet API 607 1993 4th edition standards, reducing spillage upon release. An emergency mechanical interlock allows simultaneous separation, while adjustable closure time and flow regulators provide controlled shutdown. An emergency release coupling with shear pin and mechanical lock ensures secure disconnection, even during power failures.
