Woodfield’s large safety cage provides secure and efficient access for full or partial lengths of tank tops on road tankers, rail cars, or ISO containers, which is essential for operations such as loading, inspection, and venting.

The safety cage is designed with a load capacity of 230 kg and includes folding stairs for convenience, along with a fully enclosed safety cage for enhanced protection. Available configurations range from 3 to 6 steps with the possibility of custom solutions, and tread widths between 610 mm and 1830 mm to accommodate various applications. The stairs operate within a working range of -40° to +45° and can be parked at approximately 80° for space-saving storage. Additionally, the structure is outfitted with 1100 mm safety handrails, mid-rails, and heavy-duty chains for maximum safety.
