Laboratory Foam Concentrate Testing (NFPA 11)

The service involves gathering and analyzing foam concentrate samples to evaluate their quality and effectiveness. A comprehensive report is provided, detailing various aspects.

AFFF Tank Cleaning Services & Collection, Transportation and Recovery of Scheduled Waste

The service provided includes comprehensive maintenance and cleaning of foam tanks in ARFF vehicles. It involves a detailed process of transferring foam concentrate, flushing and cleaning the interior of the tanks.

  • Mobilize all tools and equipment to the site area
  • Place simple barricades around the vehicle area and layout canvas/drip tray
  • Dismantle the manhole cover
  • Transfer AFFF foam concentrate from the foam tanks in ARFF vehicles
  • Conduct initial flushing/jetting of the tank interior and pump out contaminated water via air pump into IBC tanks
  • Conduct ventilation
  • Upon passing the gas test, deploy manpower (1 person) to enter the tank, apply degreaser to the tank walls (spraying), and brush, as necessary
  • Perform hydro jetting of tank walls and pump out contaminated water
  • Wipe clean and dry the tank walls for customer inspection.
  • Transport collected scheduled waste to treatment facilities for thermal treatment (incineration)
  • Handover & demobilization
  • Maintain housekeeping throughout the project
